Construction Project Manager
Under the direct supervision of Senior Project Manager, assist in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and managing all phases of new construction and capital upgrade projects. Experience must include: HeavyBid (HCSS), Agtek, Primavera P6, MS Project, Insite, Microstation. Job location in Bronx, NY. Estimator
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Analyzing Information, Planning, Reporting Research Results.
- Experienced in both private sector and NYC municipalities.
- Experienced in HCSS HeavyBid, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project/Primavera.
- Works well with others.
- 8-15 years’ experience in heavy civil construction.
